This Week I...

...met up with my friends on Tuesday for pancakes as it was pancake day! Robyn and I like to keep things simple with just lemon and sugar.

On Friday my sister took me to a Nashville Night at Under the Bridge club in London, which was my Christmas present from her. I can not stop raving about this night, it was so good! It was basically a regular club that played only country music, complete with spontaneous line dancing!

And finally on Saturday I went to my friend's Mum's surprise 50th birthday party to film the event. Love an excuse to dress up!

This Week I...

...enjoyed Pancake Day!

What's everyone's favourite topping? I mostly like all of the kinds of sugar; caster, icing and of course syrup!

My Mum bought a bag of lemons for the occasion which meant I also got to enjoy lemon sponge pudding, lemon biscuits and lemon cake this week.

On Wednesday I made pancakes at school with Class 3 and successfully flipped three out of four pancakes. Not bad.

On Friday I worked the private view for the recycled fashion show by a local school at the Letchworth Arts Centre. I made sure to have a look around once I'd washed up all the wine glasses.

I especially liked this dress made of the pull-tabs from cans. Thirsty work I'm sure.
