This workshop was to make inky Hawaiian landscapes. My example piece used a lot of different techniques and resources; wax resist, washes, sponges, brushes, wooden sticks.
First I had the children try out these different techniques and experiment with the ink.
And then they created their landscapes.
The ages of the children ranged from 5 to 12 so there was a wide variety of work produced.
I think they all did a great job.
